He has over 8 years of industry experience in financial services with roles in commercial finance, investments and FP&A.

Prior to Lakemore, Harsh was an FP&A Manager at Network International (a FTSE 250 company), where he was responsible for leading long-range strategic plans, investment due diligence and competition analysis. He also played a key role in a joint venture start-up of Network International and First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mercury, UAE’s domestic payment scheme, from ideation to sale of entity to private investors. Prior to Network International, Harsh was a Private Equity analyst at Better Capital (London, UK) where he was responsible for monitoring and exit of a portfolio company, City Link. 

Harsh holds a Master’s in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (London, UK) and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from BITS-Pilani (Dubai, UAE).
