She has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Lakemore, Imalka was with HSBC Securities Services – Sri Lanka. She began her career as a Fund Administrator with HSBC, where she also served as Fund Accountant for 3 years and Senior Fund Accountant for 7 years. In her role, Imalka primarily focused on the alternative and traditional investment fund accounting tasks across multiple jurisdictions.  Imalka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (UK).
