She brings more than 10 years of extensive experience in developing and embedding compliance frameworks at leading financial institutions such as First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan, Standard Chartered, Coutts and Santander.  

Prior to joining Lakemore, Tanya was Compliance Manager at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where she covered the Global Markets business supporting the London, UAE, Washington D.C. and Paris GM offices, routinely interacting with regulators across FCA, DFSA and FRSA. Her technical expertise is underpinned by two LLMs, one in Banking Law and Financial Regulation (UCL) and the other in Legal Practice with a Senior Managers Regime specialization. 

Tanya holds diplomas in Investment Advice, Investment Compliance, International Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention from The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and the International Compliance Association (ICA).
